Over the past week, from April 6 to April 12, a total of 54,248 transactions were concluded across all trading platforms of the Uzbek Commodity Exchange, which is 7.3% higher than in the previous week. Of these, 47.7% were exchange trades, while the remaining 52.3% were concluded through e-commerce trading systems.

As a result of electronic public procurement auctions, the total savings of budgetary and corporate customers amounted to UZS 147.7 billion.

During the reporting period, 203 telephone numbers were sold through the online auction.

Exchange Trading

During the reporting period, 25,853 transactions were concluded on the open exchange trading platform.

Wheat

Last week, 37,402.0 tons of wheat were sold through exchange trading. On average, 319 buyers participated in trading daily. The average daily trading volume amounted to 7,480.0 tons.

During the reporting period, the average daily price of wheat decreased from UZS 3,126.5 thousand to UZS 3,123.9 thousand per ton.

Technical Seeds

A total of 9,341.0 tons of technical seeds were sold through exchange trading. On average, 7 buyers participated in trading daily. The average daily trading volume amounted to 1,868.0 tons.

During the reporting period, the average daily price of technical seeds decreased from UZS 5,954.4 thousand to UZS 5,008.9 thousand per ton.

Urea

During the past week, 13,055.0 tons of urea were offered for sale, of which 12,933.0 tons, or 99.1%, were sold. The average daily trading volume amounted to 2,587.0 tons.

During the reporting period, the average daily price for all grades of urea decreased from UZS 4,256.3 thousand to UZS 4,199.7 thousand per ton. On average, 1,556 buyers participated in trading daily.
