TARIFFS FOR SERVICES RELATED TO EXCHANGE TRANSACTIONS

1.	SERVICES RELATED TO EXCHANGE TRANSACTIONS
1.1.	For organizing an exchange transaction on the domestic market:	value of transaction	0,05 % charged to the seller, 0,13 % charged to the buyer
1.2.	On foreign trade exchange transactions:
1.2.1.	When conducting export transactions	value of transaction	0,05 % charged to the seller, 0,13 % charged to the buyer
1.2.2.	When conducting import transactions	value of transaction	0,00 % charged to the seller, 0,13 % charged to the buyer
2.	CLEARING AND SETTLEMENT SERVICES (CSS)
2.1.	Clearing and settlement services	value of transaction	по 0,05 % from each party
2.2.	Opening/closing of the account (User Identification Number (UID)); providing historical statements in paper form, certified with a stamp; crediting of deposit amounts to clients' accounts; refund of the deposit amount to the client's settlement account, in accordance with the procedures established by the exchange's regulatory documents; and execution of the client's instructions for transferring collateral amounts. 2.3.	Additional extension of payment and delivery terms up to 20 days	Amount of the buyer's deposit	3% from the initiator
3.	Services in Electronic Commerce Systems
3.1.	Commission fee for services in the Exhibition and Fair Trade Systems	value of transaction	по 0,06 % of the transaction amount from each party. It may be charged at double the rate, at the discretion of the participants, from one of the parties.
3.2.	Commission fee for services in the public procurement system	value of transaction	In accordance with the agreement signed with the authorized state body
3.3.	Commission fee for services in the state vehicle registration plate sales system	value of transaction	5%
3.4.	Commission fee for services in other electronic commerce systems	value of transaction	Negotiated
3.5.	Commission fee for services in the procurement system on the biznesxarid platform	value of transaction	0.15%, but not more than 3% of the BCA for the customer and not more than 14 times the BCA for the participant

Notes:

1. In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to further develop the jewelry production industry and ensure its competitiveness" dated July 23, 2024, No. UP-104, the commission fee for services related to exchange transactions is not charged to buyers;

2. The fee for clearing and settlement services is not charged for non-resident sellers;

3. Enterprises included in the List of clients of JSC "UzRТСB" with a high reliability rating of the exchange trading participant, according to the Exchange Trading Rules, are provided with the following benefits:

^а) When conducting an exchange transaction as a buyer, the commission fee is charged at 0.05%;

^б)The service for extending payment and delivery terms is provided free of charge.

1.3.	Subscription packages for information services **
1.3.1	The "Standard" package includes the following data for the current year: - Weekly quotations; - Low and high price per contract, as well as their changes; - Issuance, realization, and weighted average sale price of products by sellers; - Information on the registry of transactions concluded by the name and location of the seller's enterprise; - "News UZEX" newspaper.	6 months	2 base settlement amounts (for residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan) 120 USD (for non-residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan)
1.3.2.	The "Universal" package includes the following data for the past 2 years: - Weekly quotations; - Low and high price per contract, as well as their changes; - Issuance, realization, and weighted average sale price of products by sellers; - Information on the registry of transactions concluded by the name and location of the seller's enterprise; - "News UZEX" newspaper.	6 months	4 base settlement amounts (for residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan) 240 USD (for non-residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan)
1.3.3.	The "Premium" package includes the following data in full: - Weighted average prices for high-liquidity products by region, top 10 best-selling companies, and the share of products sold by region; - Weekly quotations; - Low and high price per contract, as well as their changes; - Issuance, realization, and weighted average sale price of products by sellers; - Information on the registry of transactions concluded by the name and location of the seller's enterprise; - "News UZEX" newspaper.	6 months	8 base settlement amounts (for residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan) 500 USD (for non-residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan)

2.	Services for Exchange Members *

* The size of the base settlement amount established in the Republic of Uzbekistan on the service provision date is applied. Base Settlement Amount (BRV) is a value used to calculate various financial indicators. The Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan establishes the size of the BRV annually.

** The size of the basic calculated value established in the Republic of Uzbekistan on the date of conclusion of the contract is applied.

Information is provided free of charge in accordance with the procedures established by law to government authorities, law enforcement agencies, councils and associations established by decisions of the President or the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, lawyers, as well as enterprises included in the List of clients of JSC "UzRТСB" with a high reliability rating of exchange trading participants in accordance with the Exchange Trading Rules, upon their request.
