Approved by the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of JSC UZEX on June 30, 2026.

Note: The Executive Body (Management Board) of the Joint Stock Company UZEX shall have the authority, as deemed necessary, to effect modifications concerning the structural reallocation of responsibilities and authorities of the Exchange’s personnel, as well as to alter the reporting hierarchy and staffing levels of subdivisions, provided that such changes remain within the overall authorized headcount.

The total number of employees of the JSC UZEX is 217 units, including:

Central apparatus - 148 units, of which: Administrative and Management Personnel - 119 units, technical staff and Support Staff - 29 units. (Number does not include staffing of LLC).

Branches - 69 units, of which: Administrative and Management Personnel - 69 units.
