Approved by the decision of the annual general meeting of shareholders of "UZEX" JSC on March 19, 2025.

Note: The Executive Body (Management Board) of the Joint Stock Company “UZEX” shall have the authority, as deemed necessary, to effect modifications concerning the structural reallocation of responsibilities and authorities of the Exchange’s personnel, as well as to alter the reporting hierarchy and staffing levels of subdivisions, provided that such changes remain within the overall authorized headcount.

The total number of employees of the JSC UZEX is 217 units, including:

Central apparatus - 140 units, of which: AUP and Special. - 111 units, technical staff and MOP - 29 units. (Number does not include staffing of LLC).

Branches - 77 units, of which: AUP and Special. - 69 units, MOP - 8 units.
