PUBLIC DATA ON ACCRUED DIVIDENDS
Dear shareholders!
In accordance with the amendments and additions introduced to Article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Joint-Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders’ Rights”, which entered into force on April 17, 2025, dividend payments are carried out automatically through the Central Securities Depository or investment intermediaries to the shareholder’s existing bank account.
Dividend payments to shareholders, based on the results of 2024 and thereafter, shall be made through JSC “Central Securities Depository”.
Procedure for Dividend Payments:
- For individuals – — via the UzCSD mobile application. The application can be downloaded from Google Play or the Google Play или App Store.
- For legal entities – — to bank accounts specified in the register of securities holders, in accordance with the established procedure
