Transactions concluded on the trading platforms of JSC "UZEX" are carried out under guaranteed conditions.
The Clearing and Settlement Chamber (CSC) operating on the exchange monitors the fulfillment of obligations related to payment and delivery of goods. This includes control over the processing of settlement documents that have been prepared and submitted for execution. In this way, the chamber guarantees unconditional fulfillment of contractual obligations by the trading participants.

The main tasks of the CSC include determining, clarifying, offsetting, and mutual settlement of obligations arising from exchange transactions. The Clearing and Settlement Chamber prepares accounting documents based on the results of clearing.
