Ensuring the recruitment of highly qualified and forward-thinking personnel in line with the strategic development goals of the exchange and the requirements of professional competence. Monitoring employee compliance with labor legislation and internal regulatory documents, and implementing a progressive and effective human resources policy.
Creating optimal conditions for the efficient utilization of employees’ knowledge and experience within the exchange. Organizing professional development and training programs, formulating proposals to improve the remuneration and incentive systems, and fostering an environment that supports employee creativity, professional growth, and job satisfaction. Enhancing the performance evaluation criteria to ensure fair and transparent assessment of staff contributions.
Additionally, promoting and maintaining a positive moral and psychological climate within the team, coordinating employee certification and evaluation processes, and actively participating in the development of the exchange’s organizational development strategy.
