Carries out general management of the activities of JSC Uzbek Republican Commodity Exchange (UZEX), ensuring compliance with the Laws, Presidential Decrees, Government resolutions and directives, as well as decisions of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Supervisory Board, and the Management Board;

Acts in accordance with the Law "On Joint-Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders’ Rights", the Charter of UZEX, as well as other relevant regulations, directives, and normative documents governing exchange operations;

Develops and approves the work plan of UZEX;

Approves the staffing schedule, signs and terminates employment contracts with employees of UZEX;

Ensures proper working conditions and timely salary payments to employees;

Takes measures to provide UZEX with qualified personnel, and ensures the effective use of the knowledge, qualifications, experience, and abilities of exchange employees;

Submits timely reports on matters within his/her competence to the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Supervisory Board;

Ensures the completeness and timely submission of state statistical reports to the relevant authorities;

Approves internal regulations in accordance with the applicable labor legislation;

Signs commercial contracts and agreements;

Manages the company’s property within the scope of his authority;

Holds the right of first signature on financial and credit documents;

Issues orders and directives mandatory for all employees and departments of UZEX;

Handles all matters within the scope of authority and delegates specific functions to other officials, including the Deputy Chairman, department heads, and heads of regional and specialized branches of the exchange.
