Weekly UZEX Digest (October 27 - November 2 )
During the last week — from October 27 to November 2, 2025 — a total of 38,027 transactions were concluded across all trading platforms of JSC “Uzbek Commodity Exchange” (UZEX), which is 6.0% fewer than in the previous week. Of these, 39.8% were executed through exchange trading, while the remaining 60.2% were carried out via electronic commerce trading systems.
As a result of electronic public procurement auctions, the total savings of budgetary and corporate customers amounted to UZS 150.6 billion.
During the same period, 265 telephone numbers were sold through online auctions.
Exchange Trading
During the reporting period, a total of 15,122 transactions were concluded in open exchange trading.
Cement
During the week, 655,889 tons of cement were put up for sale, of which 247,448 tons were sold, accounting for 37.7% of the total offering. The average daily sales volume amounted to 49,490 tons.
Over the reporting period, the average daily price of cement decreased from UZS 642,300 to UZS 578,200 per ton. An average of 84 buyers participated in trading sessions each day.
Wheat
Last week, 35,592 tons of wheat were sold through exchange trading. The average daily trading volume reached 7,118 tons, with an average of 163 buyers participating daily.
During the period under review, the average daily price of wheat decreased from UZS 3,172,600 to UZS 3,140,500 per ton.
Oilseeds
Through exchange trading, a total of 44,033 tons of oilseeds were sold. The average daily trading volume amounted to 8,807 tons, with an average of 17 buyers participating per day.
Over the reporting period, the average daily price of oilseeds decreased from UZS 4,437,100 to UZS 4,353,300 per ton.
