In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On exchanges and exchange activity" in the new edition are developed and approved the Rules of exchange trading on the Uzbek Commodity Exchange in a new version, which entered into force on 11 May 2015.

The new rules introduced new concepts and definitions, as well as made to clarify certain provisions which will enable more efficient to organize exchange trading.

In particular, the rules established procedure for admission to the stock exchange, suspension, termination, and identifies the qualifications of members of the exchange traders.

Along with this, the current version of the document listed specific cases that may be regarded as price manipulation on the stock exchange, established orders of internal control on counteraction to legalization of proceeds derived from criminal activity for members of the Exchange.
